- Add the oregano and thyme, and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the vegetable broth, tomatoes, white beans, and quinoa. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the kale and simmer for 5 minutes more, or until the kale is tender.
- Season the soup with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve the soup hot.
